The Secret of Gluten in Our Daily Food

 Gluten is composite protein which is insoluble in water. it is found in daily consumable food such as wheat, barley, bread, pasta, cakes, cookies etc. it gives elasticity and chewy as well as it is soft  and supply texture. it is made by two different protein that is gliadin and glutenin. gliadin gives more adverse health effect than the glutenin. Interestingly, when the wheat flour wash with clean water, gluten is in the form of glue like substance. 

Gluten doesn't give adverse health effect inspite of in some medical condition, it is harmful in our human body. The gluten intolerance medical condition are celiac disease, non celiac gluten sensitivity, wheat based allergies etc. celiac disease is most common autoimmune disorder which mistakenly attacks to our body when we ingest the gluten. It majorly affects in lining of small intestine in order to damage the tissue of small intestine. Likewise, visible symptoms includes constipation, headache, tiredness, diarrhea, digestive discomfort etc. Another problem is non celiac gluten sensitivity that means the celiac gluten test is not positive but still human body have negatively response with gluten. This type of health effect can see in some people. Symptoms of gluten sensitivity are diarrhea, stomach pain, tiredness, bloating, depression. Additionally, some people have seen wheat allergy after consumption of wheat gluten. These are the major health condition where the human body react negative response with gluten.  

Now a days, most widely used treatment measure is consumption of gluten free diet. Most of the people prefer gluten free food that is benefit for our health. Gluten free food includes fruits and vegetables, beans, seeds, eggs, millets, sorghum, corn, nuts, wild rice low fat dairy products etc. Furthermore, if you are buying the processed food, you need to see labels if they contain gluten. Gluten free products must have fewer than 20 parts per million gluten according to the U.S food and drug administration rules. In case of celiac disease patients daily requirements of gluten is maximum 10-50 mg. Maintenance of daily gluten free diet is best measure which  reduces the gluten intolerance problem.
